The Jemena Electricity Networks’ Draft 2021-25 Plan represents the first milestone in the revenue determination process, as it seeks to gather stakeholder feedback to inform its revenue proposal to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).
The long-term interests of consumers are served when current and future consumers pay no more than they need for the quality of service they require.
Jemena Electricity Networks has undertaken a strong consumer engagement program, using feedback from its People’s Panel to inform its strategy for the 2021-25 regulatory period. We would like to further understand how this is applied to a longer-term strategy for the transformation of the physical network.
