Energy Consumers Australia attends, as an observer, the meetings of the Council of Australian Governments Energy Council (Energy Council). The market institutions – the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC), the Australian Energy Regulator (AER), the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and the Energy Security Board (ESB) – also attend as observers.
