The Board and Executive of Energy Consumers Australia (ECA) would like to welcome Nefley Hetherington to the position of Director, Stakeholder Engagement. Nefley will join ECA on 4 January 2016.

Nefley brings to ECA extensive experience working inter-governmentally and a strong understanding of COAG and economic reform processes. Nefley has a strategic
orientation and breadth of skills and experience which will support ECAs work to promote the long term interests of residential and small business
consumers in energy markets.

Nefley has qualifications in Law, Policy Studies and the Executive Fellows Program (ANZ School of Government).

Nefley brings significant experience in policy at the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet and at Sydney Water in the role of Manager, Strategic Directions.
