In our submission on the Global Settlement Rule Change we argue that the case has not yet been made for a move to global settlement, and that the appropriate arrangements need to be considered in conjunction with the determination of the model for Distributed Energy Resource orchestration.

However, we believe there are immediate benefits in analysing technical losses and unaccounted for energy in AEMO obtaining all the data proposed as part of the proposed rule.
