The Energy Consumers Australia and Energy Networks Australia Network Consumer Engagement Award allows network businesses to showcase the results of their hard work and desire to find out more about consumers’ expectations and how they want to use energy; and their work to incorporate these preferences in the way they do business.

The Judges’ Report highlights the positive aspects of the applications from the 2018 round and provides a commentary on the future focus for 2019.
