Consumer access to tools that can access their energy data is critical for consumers to make choices and to deliver a new and better market. Data alone may be insufficient, and the use of tools provided by other service providers may also be required.

This is ECA’s submission in response to the Treasury and COAG Energy Council’s consultations on implementing the Consumer Data Right for energy.
