The Energy Consumers Australia Board has decided that its next grants round will be held in September, with decisions for that round due in October 2017.

The decision has been prompted by the level of demand for multi-year grants, which has been successful in providing advocates with greater funding certainty.

The Board will still consider advocacy applications that are considered to be urgent or critical and, if submitted by 14 July 2017, these will be determined on a case by case basis.
