Project summary
This collaborative project identifies how Australian small businesses, particularly energy‑intensive and asset‑fixed firms, can overcome barriers to electrification. Building on ECA and COSBOA’s Fixed-Swift-Agile framework, the project delivers practical policy, market and capability interventions to help Australian SMEs reduce costs, build resilience and electrify with confidence.
