Project summary

Growing NEM bidding complexities, including auto-bidding, has introduced new dynamics into NEM pricing and hence consumer outcomes. This project develops methods for exploring participant bidding strategies and detecting potentially market-moving patterns such as tacit or algorithmic collusion, implemented alongside open-source online monitoring tools to assist market monitoring.
