Effective energy complaints: working towards accessible, fair and efficient External Dispute Resolution (EDR)

Project summary

This project will: - Identify best practice in EDR schemes, including lessons from recently amalgamated schemes in other sectors. - Compare all Australian energy EDR schemes, identifying specific differences in jurisdiction, governance, performance and effectiveness. - Work with experts and advocates to explore options for improvements to energy EDR schemes.
