The voice for everyday consumers
Technological developments are changing the energy market in new and exciting ways. How energy is generated and used will increasingly be in the hands of consumers but until recently there was no national body representing all small consumers when market and policy decisions were made. So, Energy Consumers Australia was created to sit alongside the market rulemakers, operators, and regulators to make sure consumer’s needs, concerns and interests were recognised.
