This submission provides Energy Consumers Australia’s comments on the Australian Energy Regulator’s (AER) process to set allowed revenue for five NSW energy networks. The AER’s original decisions, made in 2015, have been the subject to two court appeals.

This submission comments on two specific issues: the revised method for setting the cost of debt for all five networks, and a proposal from one network, Essential Energy, for a final revenue increase stemming from the court rulings.
