Exploring the nexus of energy, health and ageing among older Australians: Webinar resources

Ross Gordon is a Professor at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and an Honorary Professor at Macquarie University in Sydney. He is an interdisciplinary social change activist. He works across various social change topic areas including energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, alcohol (and alcohol marketing), gambling, tobacco control, mental health, and workplace bullying.

This webinar saw Professor Ross Gordon discuss his research into the energy needs of older consumers. The findings draw attention to how older Australians manage energy to support their health and well-being, and the implications for energy policy and consumer advocacy.

The research was funded by Energy Consumers Australia’s Grants Program. The final report can be accessed here.
